A derogatory nickname for Chinese people who are extremely overly authoritarian-supporting or nationalistic of their government's crimes against human rights. A combination of 'China' and 'Hitler', named after the infamous Nazi mass-murderer.

I heard Yi Mingyu at today's lunch class defended the Uighur concentration camps going on today. What a fucking Chitler.
