A chavnie is a slur for British people. This word surrounds itself by the British slang ‘chav,’ which was used against those who may hoe around and act like what you would call a ‘slut’ in America. Or maybe something you would call anyone named Deno Price

Thought to be part of the origin of the word chav.

It's a name resulting from a rare mixture of Javier and Xavier. So far, Chavier's tend to be Cuban, extremely energetic and passionate about their likes. Not the nerd type, however a Chavier is really smart and responsible. Hard worker, perfect boyfriend. Kind of shy when it comes to flirt with smart girls, but considers intelligence to be a crucial quality in a woman. They also tend to be Sagittarius and are surprisingly compatible with libra's. Described in one word: adventurous.

Amalgamation of Chav and Cockney.
Cockneys are from within the sound of Bow Bells, chav being a word for working class person with questionable taste in jewellery and designer-wear.
