Type of male who believes he is well-liked, when the reality is that both genders are disgusted by his foul presence. Can also be used to refer to a person who wears dress shoes without socks. Synonymous with "that guy".

A modern day legend who is notorious for infiltrating and engaging in Facebook groups. His body of work is on par with the artist Banksy.
