A Chamotia is someone who is neither a male or a female. It’s a term used for people in Pakistan who are neither Insafi nor Patwari. It’s a creature who doesn’t have an ideology or a life perspective of their own. Basically a poor soul who would play “Chimta” behind every successful person.
He is a “Chamotia” because he has no personal opinion.
