It is when a person is obviously thinking something but doesn’t want to say it out loud. Usually it is the blunt truth that is written all over one’s face. A thought that can’t be verbalized without serious repercussions.

CC (closed captions)

(Closed captions) Interpretative text shown on videos or television. They are slightly different from subtitles in that the text shown is usually in the same language that is being spoken.

I had no idea what she was saying in that video so turned on CC (closed captions).

closed caption

A device/program that can be used to display spoken text on a screen. This is usually used for people who have lost the ability to hear or ARE losing their ability to hear effectively(old people.) This is also used frequently by my friends who go outside to smoke and watch TV through the sliding glass door....the bastards.

1. Dorris can barely hear a train run over her cats, but thanks to closed captioning she can still see what that shit-head Bush has to say about foreign policies.

Planning trips for every weekend or multiple weeks of the month to different locations. When multiple out of state destinations are set for a 30 day period creating the need for a staycation upon returning home.

We have had four cations to different states in three different weeks this month and I now need a staycation.
