Cap-Happy 

To feel a kind of happyness or joy from painting graffiti/street bombing. Comes from the word Trigger Happy where the word "Trigger" was exchanged to "Cap" which is the top of a spray can. Similar to a trigger, it carries some kind of action when pressed.
"Aye u got ur cans?"
"Ye fam, I'm feeling Cap-Happy for tonight!"

A fun saying that rolls off the tongue, can be used in so many situations.
