Canmerica 

The region that includes both Canada and the United States, but not Mexico. Used by sensitive Canadians who feel left out of US culture but don't want to say "North America" because that would include Mexico, and they diffent down dere.

(1) a person who is a citizen or national of all three major North American states: the United States of America (U.S.A.), the Estados Unidos Mexicanos (Mexico), and the Dominion of Canada (Canada)

(2) a person who is a citizen or national of Canamerico

As a Canamerxican, he is qualified to be President of the new state of Canamerico.

Canmerican is the speech of someone who lives in Canada and has an american accent or vice versa. The speaker of this language adds sch to the start of any sl words and dzzzz to any words starting with de. This is a very annoying and confusing speech to anyone who hears it.
