Canmerica

The region that includes both Canada and the United States, but not Mexico. Used by sensitive Canadians who feel left out of US culture but don't want to say "North America" because that would include Mexico, and they diffent down dere.
Where does this zombie movie take place?

I dunno, some generic town in Canmerica I guess.

You mean America?

No, well, it's filmed in Vancouver, so maybe it takes place in BC?

Probably not.

Camerica

Ca·mer·ic·a, Country.

A country in North America founded May 15, 1940, now the largest country in the world; composed of what was originally called The United States of America and Canada.

Camerican Revolution; American culture, lifestyle, and traditions infiltrated Canada, not including Quebec to assimilate all of what little identity Canada had left, to form what is now called Camerica.
The official national anthem is as follows:

Oh Camerica
Our home and native land!
Oh, say can you see!
By the dawn's early light,
True patriot love in all thy sons command.

"And so on..."

conmercial

Noun: a television, radio, print or internet commercial produced and promulgated with the specific intent to deceive, mislead or confuse the viewer in regard to the motives, purposes and/or activities of the entity producing the commercial. Particularly ubiquitous among political parties, energy conglomerates, tobacco companies, and other large organizations whose primary operation is likely to incur negative public opinion or regulatory scrutiny.
“Ever since the general public became aware of the consequences of global warming, big oil and its dependents have produced one conmercial after another to divert attention from, and discourage any alternatives to, their carbon intensive, environmentally detrimental practices.”
