Buzzy Day 

A day planned to do nothing but to smoke weed and relax. When you blow off everything you have to do for the day to get naked and chill.

My dude asked if I could come help him work on his car but I said no cuz I got a buzzy day planned. I had my whole day planned out but then I scored big so my busy day turned into a buzzy day.
