Bushaun

The term, "Bushaun" comes from the French word "Bouchon," which means plug or blockage. The word slowly gained traction in Port-au-Prince, Haiti among youth searching for a means to describe their frustrations with government inefficiency. Haitian youth slowly perverted the word, and thus "bushaun" adopted an entirely new meaning.

Bushaun now refers to an instance where during intercourse a couple is rudely interrupted. However, the word can be used to describe generally anything that is rude, uncalled for, or unpleasant
