A "bum tum" is referring to a stomach ache.

"Tum" as in "tummy" or otherwise known as "stomach"

This phenomenon occurs when a man or woman has a beer belly and s/he wears a belt in the middle creating a bum-like effect.

tum to bum 

1 the 'dropped' stomach feeling that you get when riding a roller coaster; 2 having an upset stomach where your food is passing from your stomach to your bum very quickly.
3. being so full after a meal, there is absolutely no more room left for another bite, every part of you is totally and completely full.

Someone who disturbs sleeping or intoxicated homeless people by knocking them over. Similar to cattle tipping. May also be used as a derogatory term.

Bum Tumbler 

A pejorative term used to imply someone enjoys sticking their fingers up someone else's anus, most commonly used as a gay slur. The name comes from pin tumbler locks as you need to stick a key or pick into the lock to move the pins to open the lock. The finger would be the key and the ass is the lock.

bumtum 

A tum that looks like a bum. Usually occurs when a person gains weight and develops a crack down the centre of their stomach, with flabby asscheeks on either side. Can also be the result of hernia.

Sharon had better lose some weight, she's developing quite a bumtum there.
