Basically a major cluster of suffixes attached to a utilitarian word. Used within any type of brotherly setting. Whatever you define brotherly as, is up to you.

A word made up by a kid from ohio with red hair. That's probably why it is so long and obnoxious.

Brixham is an excellent example of small town syndrome,

A small fishing town in South Devon, England which is well known for its inbreeding and distrust of people who are not considered to be Brixham folk.

Small minded. Small town logic. little sense or intelligence. Unworldly or unsophisticated.
