This is a curse word used in Jamaica when surprised, angry etc. It is apart of the language Patios. You can say it is "equivalent" to fuck.

In Patios: Yuh nuh see me a study?! Tun down the bomboclaat music!
English: Can't you see that I'm studying? Turn the fucking music down!

In Patios: Bomboclaat dawg, yuh hawt!

Similar to other Australian abbreviated colloquialisms, such as;

1. "chrimbo", an abbreviated version of "Christmas"
2. "sambo", an abbreviated version of "sandwich"

Bomboclaat 

Jamaican patios expletive used to express surprise or disdain. Used in a similar way to 'fuck' in English.

The literal translation is bum cloth. I.E. something that you wipe your bum with after having a shit. It has the same meaning as raasclaat (arse cloth) and is similar to bloodclot or pussyclot (blood cloth and pussy cloth respectively), both meaning sanitary pad.
