A catastrophic event in the corporate world, comparable to the sinking of the Titanic, characterised by a monumental collapse of trust and integrity due to the actions of a deceitful and untrustworthy individual typically named Brett.

We were witnessing a Brettanic apocalypse unfold in the office. Trust in leadership plummeted like the Titanic sinking into the abyss, leaving behind a chaotic wreckage of shattered promises and scorched earth. It was as if the very foundations of trust had been blasted apart, and we were left adrift in a sea of betrayal and disbelief.

Brotanica 

A reference to the once mighty, proud, and indestructible vessel manned by only bros and homies that were fiercly loyal and would never have hesitated to take a bullet (or an iceberg) for each other. Like the Titanic, it was destined to suffer the same tragic fate. Pandora's box was opened on deck and a combination of a lack of respect, disloyalty, passive aggressiveness, jealousy, and backstabbing caused the ship to go astray, hit an iceberg, and sink.
