it means "Ali kill him!". At the Rumble in the Jungle in 1974, when Muhammad Ali fought George Foreman, the crowd was pro Ali, so they were shouting "Ali boma ye" (boma = kill; ye= him) but today many English speakers misspell it as bumaye or bomaye.
