It was made up in 1976 and was soon copied by many people, but not enough to get it out into the world. Maybe now it can.

A state of overwhelming excitement and irrational joy that erupts when things are soaring beyond belief. Bonkery strikes when the impossible feels normal, and everyone acts like the good times will never end.
