Another word for a really fat person.
Used to describe how a fat person is and/or them walking around the place.

"She's a blouf"

or

Place hands infront of body as if holding a big belly, saying "blouf, blouf, blouf" while imitating them walking.

a blouf is all the loose fat under your chink. To hit the under chin fat upwards and say blouf.

Brandon bloufed Chris cuz of all of his underchin fat.
