If you needed to find this you’re probably being forced to learn about Jewish culture (like me) or reading a book about the Holocaust. Though it sound like a type of bread (mh bread), it’s actually a prisoner (Rarely Jewish) who is in charge of organizing things in the concentration camp.
Btw: The is NOT English; it’s Yiddish, which is the main language spoken by Eastern Jewish people at the time of the Holocaust.
