When a bitch is bitter about her (his) life and the things that have happened to him (her) and decides to take it out on the world. She (he) will most likely do this pathologically with little hope for a cure.

A guy (girl) gets dumped because of their own inadequacies and decides it's everybody's fault but their own, this is bitter bitch syndrome.

Bitter Bitch Face

The polar opposite of a female's bubbly smile. It's the grown-up version of the stern look a mom gives a child meaning 'I am displeased'. In the grown up version it's more like 'I am not amused'. Also, it can simply be a relaxation of the happy face a woman puts on for people who matter. This becomes more and more the case with greater age and less make-up.
