Refers to the carbonated, semi-sweet to sweet alcoholic beverages which became popular in the late-1990s. The 'bitch' part of the term originates from the the fact the fact women are the general consumers of the beveridge. It should be noted the term 'bitch beer' is the most widely version term for this meaning, by far. The much lesser used version of this term is 'bitch brew'.

In Canada, bitch beer is common slang for American Beer such as Bud Light or Coors light. This is in referance to the way which alcohol content is measured in the United States versus Canada.

In the States alcohol content is measured by weight as opposed to volume. So a %4 beer in the states would be a %3.2 beer in Canada...which is not even suitable for our dogs never mind our women. In addition, American beer often has a lower percentage even when you don't take the method of measurment which furthers American beer's reputation as "bitch beer".

Further, Americans are often referred to as bitchs in Canada due to their lack of knowledge in hockey, low alcohol tolerance, poor education, racist policies, and due to the rage Canadians feel when they are treated poorly in other countrys when we are initially identified as Americans. (the party is on when Canadian citizenship is established)

However, it should be noted, African Americans are not considered to be bitches because of their strong cultural dominance in the United States as well as the fact that malt liquor has about the same alcohol content as Canadian beer. This also proves that Canadians are truly "original Gangsters".

Any sweet-flavored alcoholic beverage that is typically consumed by females in place of beer. Bitch beer tends to have a 5% abv or less and is also known as a "malt beverage." The alcohol content is so low that the beverage tastes like a soda-pop.

Bitch beer may only be consumed by males if beer is not present. If men drink bitch beer they are open to insults by other men and they may be called "pussy" or "vagina" because of it.

Beer Bitch 

a woman (or man) who, for reasons of paid employment or otherwise, is required to fetch/pour beer for one or more individuals for a defined period of time. Although tasks such as taking away the empties and supplying their master with food are obvious additional duties for a beer b1tch, frequently they may also be required to perform tasks that are not immediately associated with purveying beer e.g. perform stunts or tricks to entertain a drunken crowd, turn a blind eye whilst their own drink is tampered with and, occasionally (usually later in the day/night), provide sexual gratification for his/her master or their nominated representative.

Tom was not looking forward to being a beer bitch at Oktoberfest, it would be bad enough pouring 1 litre steins for BG all day, but the thought of the boys tea-bagging his own stein whilst he had his back turned, was almost too much to bear.
