Bangster 

A person that ownes or operates a bank that is used for money laundry for the mafia.

Bangster is derived from the words:
1)Banker + 2) Gangster

1) Banker = A person employed by a bank, esp. as an executive or other official.

2) Gangster = The *real* gangsters are those behind organised crime; most notably the Mafia. Responsible for blackmarket trade, epsionage, organised beatings/assassinations, etc.
The bangster was put to jail after his bank collapsed.
