But Sir, what big balls you have!

What Little Red Riding Hood said when she went to visit someone like Sean Lawless or Joey from "Jenny 'n' Joey".
Rather than her being startled and confused at seeing da disguised Wolf occupying her gramma's bed, I imagine dat our favorite crimson-headwear-clad fairytale-character would have been totally delighted when she said, "But Sir, what big balls you have!", since it would have meant dat she would have good times not only fondling said jumbo heavy testicles, but also feeling the extra-large load of warm thick sperm that said oversize genitals could probably produce shooting either into her mouth or up inside of her.

Speak softly, but carry a big @

An admonition, intended for bosses, to avoid giving unpleasant news face to face, but rather save it for an email. ("@" is pronounced "at sign".)
I told everybody at last month's department meeting that the future looked bright. Two weeks later I send them all an email about the budget cuts and layoffs. It saves me listening to a lot of bitching from that bunch of peons. My daddy taught me a long time ago to Speak softly, but carry a big @!

Walk softly but carry a big stick

Theodore Roosevelt's way of saying do everything carefully, but always keep the strap
Michael might act timid, but he's not scared to pack heat (i.e.,walk softly but carry a big stick)

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
