Ben Campbell

A child who thinks they are very cool where in reality no one likes them, they have no friends and they ride around on a scooter trying to do tricks which they can't do- also with the laugh of a peacock getting strangled.

Is that a Ben Campbell over there? Yeah it must be he looks like a mug and thinks he's cool.
