When a person, usually of Hispanic ethnicity, inexplicably throws a bean bag off of a waitress' face from 20 yards away and knocks her entire tray of drinks to the ground shattering glass everywhere.

Also can be the equivalent to a tea bag by a female resource given to either a male or female recipient. Also referred to as a lip dip, crotch blotch, or snatch blast. Unlike the male version of the beaver bag (tea bag) the recipient is more delighted then dismayed.
