bajankedy 

(adjective) all jacked up; held in low social regard; completely anarchistic in structure; refers almost exclusively to situations, but is gaining usage as a substitute for janky. Never used when referring to animate objects (living things).

Our plane landed right on time, but our baggage was 2 hrs late due to some lazy workers on the chute. Dee-girl was pissed at how bajankedy things were.

Banande (Bayira, the singular is Munande): People of the Nande tribe in the Rwenzori area, have a similar language and a similar music with the Bakonzo. They consider themselves as descents from the Baiyra, who lived in the western part of Uganda in pre-colonial times.
