Bagwagger

Bag wagger is someone who possesses a substance, (ie. Addictive drugs) and waves and wags the substance in a baggie. In front of a person who wants the substance (ie. A drug addict) in order to get something out of them.

Bonnie wagged the bag in Sam's face in order to tempt him into coming with her because she is a sBagwagger!

Bawbaggery 

From the Scottish slang word "bawbag", meaning (literally) scrotum (ball-bag) and (figuratively) idiot.

Bawbaggery is the result of all of life's obstacles, bureaucracy and annoyances.

These are usually the result of (and for the benefit of) officious, awkward bawbags.

Speed cameras, offside decisions and middle-managers are good examples of bawbaggery but the word can be used to define the bigger issues that cause life to be less than it could be.

Working for a living is bawbaggery of the highest order.

bawbaggery 

The act of being a bawbag or a complete dick.
Never a nice person, always someone that you'd like to see get said baws kicked baws being balls. So a bawbag is a scumbag. But the act of bawbaggery is walking about acting like a bawbag. Generally annoying the whole population.

Me: There that wee bawbag has just stole that wee guys bike
Mate: Ho bawbag give that wean his bike back
Us: That was just a pure bawbaggery act there, wee bawbag.
