Is a guy or man who has very little to popularity so he will strategically date or hook up with a girl or woman who has a tighter money game and more popular than he is. This move is for clout and to elevate or boost his popularity to a higher level.

Follower 1: I thought ol’ boy was ballin’ like a rock star and a high profile celeb before he hooked up with ol’ girl.
Follower 2: Nah ol’ boy’s money game and popularity ghosted him until he hooked up with ol’ girl who put that bag man on the map.
