Anna the Schizophrenic is such an autoscopophiliac. She gets off on mentally screwing an imaginary image of herself every night when she is alone.

Algoscopophobia

"Algoscopohobia" is a new phobia that I came up with. It means "the fear of watching someone in pain/getting tortured". I believe a lot of people have this fear. What makes it different than algophobia is that watching someone in pain can feel worse than feeling the pain yourself. In addition to that, this phobia specifcally refers to someone in physical pain, not someone in sorrow. The person who has this phobia can feel dizzy or nauseous when watching or looking at someone in pain, but even worse, when they empathize too much, they might faint or feel the need to lie down and close their eyes.
I have severe algoscopophobia. I once passed out when I was watching a horror movie.
