Ajò is a word commonly used in Sardinia and Corsica which comes from the latin verb "ire" in english "to go". Ajò has multiple meanings that most commonly have to do with movements (it can mean let's go, come on, it's your turn, hurry up, ...). It's often used alone or to introduce a sentence.
