A facial expression showing slight confusion, often accompanied by a furrowed brow, brought on when meeting someone for the second-or-third time, before you can remember their name. Portmanteau of ACQUAINTANCE and COUNTENANCE.

It was obvious that I could not remember the new student's name, my face wearing the tell-tale acquaintenance of a poor memory.
