It's blow or smack. 40% purity of either is second tier and most likely to NOT kill the occasional user.
Most people come here because of A Vigilante thinking 40% means a blow job, it just means blow ( or smack ). Unfortunately some drop out screen writer did a search for abuse related terms and stumbled on some elementary school kids definition about swallowing, so now we're all stuck here in the quagmire of a misused 40% slang term making its way into pop culture. In the movie 40% means head because he thinks she's a prostitut; for the rest of us it's just a way to get through the day.

40% is when a female gives a male head and swallows... Girls that give head and swallow at least once a week have a 40% less likely chance of getting breast cancer so it works out for both parties.

A bottle containing 40 fluid ounces of malt liquor beer. The beer is of low quality and fairly cheap to buy. A bottle can run you usually between 2 and three dollars depending on brand. 40's are popular in a variety of areas and are drunken by many types of people. Gangstas will drink 40's and will sometimes pour out a little of the beer onto the ground for their dead homies. Teenagers also like to drink 40's because it is a fast way to get drunk and all the beer is in one bottle opposed to drinking several smaller 12 ounce bottles and/or cans. Some brands of beer produced in the 40 ounce variety are Clot 45, Olde English, Mickey's, and King Cobra.
