The letter Ç ç, or C with cedilla, is used in various languages such as Portuguese, French or Turkish. In French it’s pronounced like an “S” as in the word sad, but in Turkish it’s pronounced like a “J” as in the word jog.

c! Is used most commonly by Dream SMP fans (mostly on twitter) to define someone on the Dream SMP's Character.

C! Is just an abbreviation of canon/canonical.

When using c! one is referring to a character rather than the person portraying said character.

c!Ranboo is very forgetful.
While Ranboo is probably not as forgetful as his canonical self.
