the name of the letter þ (thorn / þorn) but with a “p” instead of þ

Me: “Since when is ‘porn’ a letter?”
Teacher: “That’s not a ‘p,’ but a thorn character. But you’re right about þ looking like a ‘P’ with a tail. Þ is used in Icelandic, Old English, and Old Norse, and it’s derived from the thurisaz rune.”

I cooked up the chook with a look that took the chooked brook cook to hang the chookings on the hook. So the chooked brook cook took the chookings and hooked them up near the unchooked book shelf full of chooked books.
