They are easy to spot in other threads/forms because of their weak baiting attempts, and are generally loathed by the majority of anons.

A user of the board /pol on 4chan, basically a far right nazi that likes to seethe on no white and everything that doesn't come under his superior races. Pol was first created to keep any kind of politics away from 4chan. But they first originated on the far right website "stormfront" and spreaded on /pol, started the gamergate movement to try to make their propaganda popular. Wants to spread his propaganda so much that he likes to make alt right propagandist replies on non political threads made by anons and even on the internet.
