'90s Baby 

A person who was born in the LATE '90s (97-99). These people are considered to be too young to be considered a '90s kid but refuse to be associated with those born in the '00s.

'90s kids are a very exclusive club that declines to let those who were born in the late '90s in. Refusing to be associated with people born after the turn of the millennium, they decide to create their own club known as the 90's babies.

A 90s baby is one who is born in the 90's (1990-1999). A 90's kid is one who is born in the 80's (1980-1989).

If you were born in 1980-1989, you are a 80's baby and 90's kid. If you were born in 1990-1999, you are a 90's baby and 00's kid.
