Short for Follow Back Pro-EU. This is used by Twitter users to indicate that they support being part of the European Union.

Some people write this in their bio or in their Tweets and the hashtag has gained a lot of popularity in the UK after the Brexit vote to leave the EU. However, it is also used more widely in Europe too.
