An app that one has fun with once, then never really decides to use it again, and just ignores it.

Angry Birds Rio was a Once-Used App for me, since it never was as good as the original Angry Birds.

This is an expression seen quite often on places like Ebay or Craigslist, basically an alternative of "You might be able to use it at least one time... if you are lucky"
