mexican break

Sitting in a bathroom stall on the toilet regardless of whether you have to poop or not just to take a non-scheduled break from work.

Usually this is done right before or right after a scheduled break.

The individual spends between 20-45 minutes in the bathroom and a lot of the time is talking on the phone or sleeping.

Oh look, Jorge is going to the bathroom again. Must be taking a Mexican Break.

Jose was in the bathroom stall for 45 minutes taking a Mexican Break.

breaking the bottle

An idiom I invented based on the phrasal verb "bottle up" which means to hide emotions or feelings inside.

Breaking the bottle basically means you're letting those emotions or feelings loose, accidentally or not.

Also the idiom equivalent of "venting" to someone.

I'm sorry for breaking the bottle randomly out of nowhere, I just couldn't take it anymore.
