Bike Hangings

At the annual Wheeler Block Party in Maycomb Il it has been tradition to hang a bike from a stop sign. After stepping up the tradition in 2011 by lighting the bike on fire; SWAT police were called in and maced several hundred students.

Tom: Oh, the horror of 'bike hangings' and felony littering.

Mike: The only reasonable response can be gangs of goose stepping SWAT cops with automatic weapons and airstrikes from Predator drones.

A cross between the words handicapped and retard. However each cancels the other out when said together ie. a gay queer. Is used to insult someone of low IQ or with a generic deformity. Also used to describe someone with a noticeable affliction.
