When someone has a particular trade (particularly bricklayers) and think they are better then everyone else and have a much harder job than anyone, making everyone else's job seem irrelevant to boost their ego.

Often people that lack intellectual intelligence and couldn’t do any job that involves it.

Office worker: “I’ve had such a hard day today in the office had so much work to do”

Trademan: “No you haven’t I work 100% harder than you, your job is easy, I should be the one thats had a hard day”

Office worker: “You have a very sour case of Tradesman mentality”

Trade is a man who from his appearance & lifestyle is straight but privately & very discreetly has gay sex either for pay or for pleasure. Guys labeled as trade usually have no romantic interest in gay men, nor do they date gay men, and will never be seen in public with someone openly gay. Trade men will however continue to date women, will either be married or have a girlfriend, and will engage in sexual relationships with women, all while having gay sex in secret. Trade NEVER label themselves as "trade" thats usually a label gay men use to identify someone who they either know from experience is trade or is assuming is trade.

The dude I hooked up with last night is trade, he's married & only wants sex with me on the low.

Tradgrass

A reference to the traditional style of western bluegrass, i.e as played by Tony Rice or Doc Watson. Used to differentiate from modern day "Newgrass" and "Jamgrass" and other variations popularized by bluegrass fusion artists, like Billy Strings.

Man, that new album dropped last night, straight tradgrass. Makes me want to practice my banjo, although I'll probably just get drunk, instead.
