Arm triangle of insecurity

A special pose used by women while taking photographs in an effort to reduce the appearance of arm fat. It is performed by standing at an angle towards the camera, with the exposed arm in an akimbo position. Typically, photos such as these appear on Facebook and dating websites. Also typically, the women who strike such a pose are fat and/or insecure about their body image.

Girl: Hey girls, let's all take a group photo
Guy: Wow look at those fatties using the arm triangle of insecurity, all at the same time.
Girl: Omg, we look amazing!

Insecurity card is an idiomatic phrase that refers to the act of bringing the issue of insecurity into a debate or argument. Women are notorious for accusing their husbands/boyfriends of being insecure for almost anything and everything (even if it's not true).

Bob: Hey Mike, I saw you leave your house last night. What happened?

Mike: I got into a fight with that biatch again. She pulled out the insecurity card like always.

Insecurities

Insecurities. They’re horrifying. You are constantly worrying about how you look or what you do right or wrong. The worst part is if other people see your insecurities too. People may bully you for you appearance- say someone teases you about your nose, and you’re insecure about your nose. Your self confidence plummets majorly, causing you to be even more insecure about it. Sad isn’t it? Which is why I dislike seeing people being bullying, teased, whatever you want to call it. Making fun of someone doesn’t make them feel any better about themselves. Think about that before you say something about someone. If it’s rude and something that could hurt their feelings, please don’t say it. The feeling is horrible.
