To be discombobulated, in a state of physical, psychological, fiscal or existential turmoil.

Common causes of someone being scrummbled include: women, narcotics, alcohol, divorce (see women).

Tony: Nah man, I'm heavy scrummbled about it by the way.

Tony: You been on that Chaplin again Franco?
Frank: Aye mate, woke up this morning feeling like a pure Scrummbelina.

Tony: Have you heard anything from Shannon about seeing the bairns?

The act or act thereof of homeless men/women having an orgy inside of your vehicle.

You parked in a bad area, when you got back to your car a few hobo's half dressed run away from it. Inside you find condoms, mouthwash and semen everywhere. They have been scrumming inside your vehicle. FFS!
