Hop knots

Verb. A phrase similar to kick rocks.
Meaning either
1. Go away, get lost, no one wants you here, etc.

Or

2. You did something less than intelligent. Such as falling, or saying something extremely stupid/obvious.

1. "Go hop knots, you're so annoying."

2A. "How did she hurt her leg?" "She hopped knots."

2B. (You walk into a room in which everybody is laughing)"What's so funny?" "She totally just hopped knots."
