"McSue" a frivolous, "you only have yourself to blame" lawsuit i.e., McDonalds & the hot coffee lawsuit.

McSalary 

A minimum-wage (or less-than-minimum-wage) salary, such as that which you'd earn working at McDonald's, or another similar fast-food restaurant.

EXAMPLE 1
Jake: "Hey man, when are you gonna pay me back that money you owe me?"
Blake: "I've been living on a McSalary ever since I got laid off, so it might be a while."

EXAMPLE 2
Jill: "Why don't we ever go out on dates anymore, instead of just staying at your appartment and ordering pizza?"
Bill: "I'm sorry, but my McSalary doesn't really give me extra money to spend on movies or nice restaurants anymore."
Jill: "...I don't think this is working out. Maybe we should take a break from each other."

A prescription written at an urgent care clinic after no real exam, or review of patient's medical history.

The Micky d's version of a doctor's office visit.

I was in and out of McScripts in 20 mins, they even filled my McScription there, so I didn't have to stop at the pharmacy.

My regular doctor wouldn't write me a script for pain meds so I headed over to McScripts and got my McScription.
