The People that stand in the hallway during passing period. OR The people that walk with there friends when you are in a hurry.

These Hall Hoggers need to shut up and move.

Bridge hogger

An often perfidious person who commits the act of needlessly getting in one's way or stealing one's turn.

Also used as a verb to represent blocking the pathway to one's metaphorical bridge or chosen passage.

A variant on the verb "to snake", also meaning to impede upon a person's path.

Dude, I was playng Legend of Zelda on the Wii and that Yeti was a total Bridge hogger. What a bastard."

Someone who holds up traffic to see someone else's misery.

Also known as a rubber necker, gaper, or lookyloo.

Some guy had a flat tire on the shoulder and there were three lanes of watch hoggers causing a mile long traffic jam, so I was late for work.

The action when someone comes up behind you and sticks their finger up your asshole.

"That guy just came up behind me and stuck his finger up my asshole!"
"Mate, you were hogged!"

Ones who are hobos together, particularly Sara and The Domo.

Domo: "At least if we're together... I know I'm not going to end up a hobo on the street, or something."
Sara: "Well, we can be hobos together."
