A type of person, usually male, who is more concerned about their image than a 13 year old girl and gives up their life to weight lifting, dieting and exercising excessively, much more than is necessary to be a healthy person. Despite this, they largely ignore cardio exercise, and as a result can only run a single 10 minute mile before collapsing.
