2. One guilty of buggery or unnatral vice; a sodomite.
3. A wretch;- sometimes used playfully.

The Roman Chatholic Church, after creating the dark ages, was renown in calling anyone who disbelived their rhetoric, heretics; subject to punishment from the roman guard, french, italian... ect. The bulgarians seemed to have a nasty habit of sodomy, according to the church of rome. And so began the nickname bugger for the heretics of Bulgaria.

To bug face - to behave freakishly tweaked, usually as a direct result of being incredibly high. May also mean to get very pissed off.

Phrase has not been witnessed anywhere besides New Jersey.
Possibly related to the Jersey term "faced" which means being rediculously high to the almost max. Being high to the max would be "judged" or "slain", or something else to that effect.
