Truth

What can be verified. Not contained in the supernatural or holy books. The Amish do vaccinate and some do indeed have Autism; it is only a myth that they do not. The government isn't out to get you. Evolution's occurrence is an empirical fact, and there's far more than likely no god.

"What is the truth about vaccinations?"

"It's biologically impossible to get Autism from them."

Game's Truth

It doesn't matter how good looking you are. It doesn't matter how many girls want you. It doesn't matter who or what you are. It doesn't even matter how big you are ;-). If you don't know how to get a girl, via using game, flirt etc, you wont get any.

The one guy in high school didn't get laid because he didn't know how to express himself for a girl. Even though he was being checked out by every girl in his class. He didn't know the Game's Truth.
