The only good "rap" Group. most songs are either about horror or are Funny as hell.Most people hate them because They dont like the explict Lyrics or They think its just stupid.Or They only like crappy Rap groups..That whine about small things.OR theyre just scared of clowns...

Insane Clown Posse is a horrorcore/comedy hip hop duo from Detroit. The group consists of Violent J, and Shaggy 2 Dope. I am a personal fan of ICP, I find their songs fun to dance to and they will definitely make you laugh if your sad. Worth a listen if your into rap or hip hop.

Insane Clown Posse 

Insane Clown Posse (a.k.a ICP) are a duo metal core rap group. The duo Joe and Joe both come from Detroit, MI. They have numerous albums, merchandise, tours and a fan following. They wear black and white face makeup. They have wrestled professionally, still perform professionally and have been associated with the rap artists Snoop Dog and Old Dirty Bastard. They created a carnival lore calling their fans Juggalos and Juggalettes. Lots of their material is not serious, but some of it is.. They have spend money and gained resources to help improve their local community. They have had some controversy. After insulting Ozzy Osbornes wife Sharon on national TV, she publicly blacked balled them from performing at certain prestigious venues. Despite the odd lyrics and weird moments, there is much to say. They are known as the pioneers of their genre and still get recognition. If you want hip hop that is bizarre, emotional, and filled with fantasy type characters in a dark carnival setting, ICP is a great place to start. They founded and created psychopathic records and are associated with the bands KottonMouth Kings, Twiztid, Dark Lotus, and many others. They are a very unique experience. And you will either love them or hate them.

Insane Clown Posse 

Horrorcore Rock/rap group. A Lot of people like to hone in on the fact that the ICP members, Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope, can not write lyrics worth a shit. And while there right, you got to consider there skill at actual rapping (And by rapping, I don't mean talking fast like Eminem, I mean cadence, Literary Technique, Flow, ability to have your voice fit a song style, etc.), Producing (ICP produced all of The Calm E.P.), Singing (Violent J mostly), and Promotion of the group.

Maybe when you sell over 3 million albums, have millions of the most loyal fans on earth, Have your own Record Label, Have your own Wrestling Company, and do it all with NO help from the radio or MTV, THEN you can criticize ICP.

List of Insane Clown Posse Albums:

Carnival of Carnage: Really Ghetto Album. It would seem very outdated today but was good when they released it in 1992. Best Song on here is Your Rebel Flag

The Ringmaster: This album Was probably the wickedest sounding of them all, and contained lots of classics. Best song on here is probably either Chicken Huntin or Mr. Johnson's Head

The Riddle Box: A lot of People say this was the first actually "good sounding" Album. It was a lot like Jeckel Brothers, where every song was as good as the last, and as a result there weren't any "Juggalo Classic" tracks on it. Best Song on here is either Ol' Evil Eye or the Chicken Huntin Remix

The Great Milenko: This Album made ICP famous, Mostly because of the controversy with Disney who pulled it from Shelfs because they said the F word to many times. Best Song on here is probably Halls of Illusions or Hokus Pokus

The Amazing Jeckel Brothers: This Album was 4th on the Billboard Chart behind N'Sync and other boy bands. It was ICP's best album, considerably more grown up then past albums, better produced, and better rapping. This is also the album where ICP broke away from the ghetto and started making more Rock influenced music. Best song on here is probably I want my Shit or Terrible

Bizaar: First Album that wasn't a Joker's Card, kind of disappointing. Best song on here is Tilt-a-Whirl

The Wraith: Shangri-La: The Most disappointing ICP Album, very hyped, but ended up sounding more mainstream and more happy, probably because Mike P. produced it instead of the Regular producer Mike E. Clark. Best song on here is probably It Rains Diamonds

The Wraith: Hell's Pit: Slightly better, but by not much. It has a very strong feel to it, as all songs sound somewhat alike and all talk about the dark side of life. Best song on here is Bowling Balls

The Tempest: Newest ICP Album, second album released that wasn't a Jokers Card. A pretty scattered album, all the songs talk about a different thing and all sound different. Most likely because Mike P. Stopped producing and Mike E. Clark came back, which is great, because this is no doubt the best ICP produced album of them all. Best song on here is either I Do This or Growing Again.

Insane Clown Posse are two very talented MUSICIANS... I say musicians because they have a genre all to their own.. they aren't rap, horrorcore, metal, etc. They also created their own record label Psychopathic Records in which various other groups (Twiztid, ABK, Boondox the newest addition and numerous others) are signed to. Anyone who hates it can call it crap if you wish but you must also take into condsideration that you are a nobody in the big picture. If you do not like them that is your choice but forcing your opinions on people is not acceptable. If you actually knew two cents worth of shit about them, you would see that you are completely wrong, but you can continue on with being a douche bag if you wish. Also, who cares what they look like? Appearances mean nothing and your ridicule only shows that when people have no legitimate arguement they resort to superficial insults. This is America and all you non-fans have the right to speak however you wish of them freely but once you interfere with someone else's happiness you lose your right to speak so I advise you shut the hell up.

Insane Clown Posse is one of the greatest groups to hit the musical scene. They are very talented in seeing what is real in flie and writing lyrics about it. Although they cuss and have violent tendencies in their music, people need to realize that the reason for that is to grab the attention of the listener. It's music unlike any other. ICP is all about God, and making the world a better place. They want all racism, discrimination, brutality, and hating to come to an end. And to all of you clown hating biggots----fuck you! you dont know shit about what they are about and you need to keep your dumb ass hating comments to yourself because there is an entire juggalo family out there that will hold you to your word and straighten you up if you hate.
