It is when one goes out by themselves

to have some time to think, relax or do stupid shit. This is typically done when one does not feel like themselves or just after a stressful period in their life.
Usually one would splurge on themselves

by going to an expensive cafe or indulge in retail theraphy. But the more claming, scenic and less expensive option is to go

to a park with a book or a journal.

self-harm

The act of hurting one's self. Usually done as a way to release painful emotion, feel something etc. Types of self-harm include burning, cutting scratching, biting, breaking bones, bruising. Some may do it for attention, though people mostly don't.

If you're doing this, please please stop. This won't make your state better, no matter how you feel after doing it. Please see help. It's not shameful to want help.

P1: I have been self-harming, specifically cutting and burning myself.

Self improvement

Nah I would get a lot of shit from you guys for not doing the self improvement thing.

Hym "I'm not willing to do the self improvement thing for free anymore. I'm going to need some goth booty. Or some kind of booty equivalent. Like, some asmrtist booty or maybe some hispanic cleaning lady booty. But I don't know. I just... How about this: For every 1 booty of this 👆 caliber I receive, I will do 1000 push ups before collecting any subsequent booty. How does that sound? .... On second thought, 500 push ups. I'm thinking like 100 a day and I'm just not going to wait 10 days for subsequent booty. So, 500 per booty and the genius money factory will get in shape."
